Carissa Mason is a licensed Realtor and owner of CRM Consulting LLC. Her previous role as a Director of Operations afforded her the opportunity to discover her love for building and collaborating. With nearly 20 years experience in Administration, Operations, and Leadership she believes team building and relationships are paramount in an organization’s success. She has assisted in expanding teams, launching businesses and implementing systems that in turn provided leverage. She believes success happens at the foundational level.
Being licensed has allowed Carissa to work essentially every position within the real estate team making her dynamic. Education is of the utmost importance so that she is able to stay ahead of the curve for her clients in such a competitive forever changing market. In her free time she loves to travel, bake and spend time with her family. She prides herself on integrity, honesty and always doing what's right
