Her previous role as a Director of Operations afforded her the opportunity to discover her love for building and collaborating.  With nearly 20 years experience in Administration, Operations, and Leadership she believes team building and relationships are paramount in an organization’s success. She has assisted in expanding teams, launching businesses and implementing systems that in turn provided leverage. She believes success happens at the foundational level. 

Being licensed has allowed Carissa to work essentially every position within the real estate team making her dynamic.
